The Aeroklas E-Roller Lid is a premium electric retractable cover for pickup truck beds, designed to provide advanced security, water protection, and maximum durability. Constructed with anodised aluminium slats with a 60-micron powder coating, it offers superior strength, scratch resistance, and a sleek black finish, making it more robust and visually appealing than conventional covers.

The E-Roller Lid’s electric system features intelligent operation and safety functions. The Push Switch allows for one-touch opening and closing, while the Detent Position system enables the lid to stop at any desired point. In case of power failure, the manual emergency operation ensures continuous functionality. The lid also includes secure locks to protect cargo from unauthorized access.

The product integrates an optimized water drainage system capable of handling up to 40 litres per minute, preventing water accumulation and meeting OEM standards. The EPDM rubber seals provide resistance against water, dust, and harsh weather conditions, keeping the cargo dry and protected. Additionally, the waterproof control box safeguards the electronic components, while three-level LED lighting enhances visibility in low-light conditions.

The design of the E-Roller Lid is aerodynamic and functional, compatible with roof racks, tents, and other accessories, and can be installed without drilling, ensuring easy integration with the vehicle. The cover has been tested for static load (up to 100 kg), vibration, weather resistance, corrosion, and opening/closing cycles, ensuring long-term durability and reliability.
