    • We accept returns within the first 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in perfect condition. This includes no damage, scratches, a box in good condition, and no signs of use.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are at the discretion of the customer. We recommend choosing a secure shipping method to ensure the product arrives at our facilities in good condition.
  4. Review Process:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a detailed review to assess its condition. The refund will be processed only for the returned item(s), as shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Defective Product or Our Error:

    • If the product is not functioning correctly, arrives damaged, or if there is any error on our part, we will arrange for the collection of the item(s) at our expense and provide a full refund of the invoice.
  6. Custom Orders:

    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products ordered explicitly at the customer's request, unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
  7. After 15 Days:

    • After the 15-day period, we will liaise with the manufacturer to find a quick and efficient solution for any issues that may arise.
